The City of Jackson will receive sealed bids for the BOOS RECREATION CENTER BUILDING REMODEL - PHASE 3 project until 10:00:00 AM local time on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2024 at the offices of the Purchasing Department, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan.

The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities:

INTERIOR REMODEL INCLUDING ARCHITECTURAL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING UPGRADES. SELECTIVE EXTERIOR DEMOLITION.

Bidders may obtain packets containing Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications and Contract Forms from the city’s website at http://www.cityofjackson.org/rfq.

Prospective bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on THURSDAY, JANUARY 4, 2024 at 10:00:00 AM, BOOS RECREATION CENTER, 210 GILBERT STREET.
