Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, until Thursday, July 20, 2017, 10:00 AM.
The proposed project to be located at 163 W. Pearl is to consist of the interior build-out of three (3) second story apartment areas only with exterior work scope limited to installation of 3-RTU’s servicing second story apartment areas only and finish completion of 3-second story exterior balconies servicing the 3 apartment areas only.Please note limits of this project are for buildout of 3 second story apartment areas only with work excluding exterior and first floor commercial space renovations.

This pre-bid meeting is not a mandatory meeting, however contractors are strongly encouraged to attend. This will be the only walk-thru available.
