MICHIGAN AVENUE, (SECOND FLOOR RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT BUILDOUT ONLY) will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, until Tuesday, February 6, 2018, 10:00 AM.
The proposed project to be located at 159 W. Michigan Avenue is to consist of the interior build-out of five (5) second story apartment areas only with exterior work scope limited to installation of 5-RTU’s servicing second story apartment areas only and finish completion of 5-second story exterior balconies servicing the 5 apartment areas only.Please note limits of this project are for buildout of 5 second story apartment areas only with work excluding exterior and first floor commercial space renovations.

Prospective bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, 10:00 AM, City of Jackson, 10th Floor Conference Room, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, Jackson, MI 49201. This pre-bid meeting is not a mandatory meeting; however contractors are strongly encouraged to attend. This will be the only walk-thru available.
