Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lincoln Park is accepting sealed bids from Contractors. The project is funded by CDBG grants and subject to Prevailing Wage Regulations as dictated by the Davis-Bacon Act and Section 3 requirements. The proposed project consists of the Installation of approximately 2000 lft of new 8” HDPE directional drill water main with new gate valves, fire hydrants and reconnection of existing water mains and new water services. There is also approximately 9500 sft of sidewalk, and 80 syd of road and 2000 sft of drive approach concrete removal and replacement.
