Summary of Specifications:
Proposals for furnishing and performing landscape maintenance for the Lincoln Park Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will be received on Thursday, April 3, 2014 by 10:00 a.m., in the office of the DDA's consultant, Beckett & Raeder, Inc., 535 W. William, Ste 101, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. Bids may be mailed or faxed to 734-663-6759 or emailed to csummers@bria2.com. Bids should be addressed to Christy Summers. Work consists of landscape maintenance of the city sidewalks, median islands, plant material, lawns, and rear alleys/parking lots within a portion of the DDA area.
