Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lincoln Park is seeking an Installment Purchase contract to purchase a Vortex 2015 Machine and 1,000 Gallon Tank. The payments of principal and interest under the Installment Purchase Contract will be secured by a (limited tax general obligation full faith and credit pledge of the City and payable from the general funds of the City and such other funds as are lawfully available.) The full faith and credit and limited taxing power of the City is pledged for payment of the principal and interest, subject to applicable constitutional and statutory tax rate limitations. Not to exceed $90,600.00
