See attached document. Please pay special attention to section 1.4 " Pre-bid Meeting" AND 2.7 "Scope of Work and Deliverables." A pre bid meeting is Scheduled for Wednesday, November 2nd at 1pm and Thursday, November 3rd at 11am. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY TO ATTEND ONE DAY. NO SPECIAL SITE VISITS WILL BE ARRANGED.
