Sealed proposals for LOCKBOX WATER BILL SERVICE will be received by the City of Livonia, Michigan, via MITN until 2:00 p.m.  EST, on Tuesday OCTOBER 15, 2024. At which time the bids will be recorded by the Purchasing Manager and the City Clerk. Physical bid submission will not be accepted. Late Bids will not be considered.
Instructions to bidders and specifications may be obtained by registering with the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN) at www.MITN.info.

Bidders may submit questions in writing to the attention of Gus Kandah, Purchasing Manager at gkandah@Livonia.gov. No phone calls will be accepted.

Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of $5,000, as security for the acceptance of the contract. Bid Bonds must be on the Michigan standard form issued by an approved Surety Company.

The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following:
The City of Livonia Finance Department (LFD) requests written proposals from companies qualified to provide Water Utility Bill lockbox services. LFD wishes to implement Utility Lockbox Services beginning December 1, 2024. The duration of the contract will be for a three-year (3) period with two (2) one (1) year renewals options.

• SEPTEMBER 18, 2024 – Proposal Documents Available
• OCTOBER 4, 2024 – Last Day to accept questions. All questions must be submitted in writing. No phone calls will be accepted. Email questions to Gus Kandah, Purchasing Manager at gkandah@livonia.gov.
• OCTOBER 15,2024 – Proposal Due Date. Proposals must be uploaded to the MITN website in Adobe Acrobat PDF Format.
• EARLY- NOVEMBER – Resolution to Council
• DECEMBER 15, 2024 – Estimated Go Live Date
