DESCRIPTION

Install new shelving and racking inside the Water and Sewer Garage, Livonia Department of Public Works.

BID PROCESS

Sealed proposals for the Shelving and Racking will be received by the City of Livonia, Michigan, via MITN until 2:00 p.m. EST, on Tuesday JUNE 18, 2024.  At which time the bids will be recorded by the Purchasing Manager and the City Clerk.  Bid opening results will be conducted via Zoom and posted on the MITN website.  Physical bid submission will not be accepted.  Late Bids will not be considered.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on JUNE 4, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Water and Sewer Garage, 12973 Farmington Rd., Livonia, MI 48150. This will give prospective bidders an opportunity to measure and verify the number of windows being replaced.  Bids will not be considered from vendors not in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.

Proposals shall be submitted electronically through MITN website.  Instructions to bidders and specifications may be obtained by registering with the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN) at www.MITN.info.  Vendors may attend the bid opening virtually by using the following credentials:
