2025 WEED CONTROL CITY OF LIVONIA, MICHIGAN
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Livonia, Michigan, as owner, until 2:00 p.m. on MARCH 25, 2025 VIA THE MITN WEBSITE ONLY (WWW.MITN.INFO), at which time said proposals will be opened and publicly read.

The City of Livonia seeks proposals for bidding the following:
2025 WEED CONTROL
No bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids based on past performance or other valid reason and to waive irregularities in bids.
1) Instructions to bidders and specifications may be obtained by registering with the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN) at www.mitn.info.
All addendums will be posted on the MITN website. Any information not obtained from the MITN website should not be relied upon.
Proposals must be submitted on the forms found on the MITN website with no exceptions.
2) Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
QUESTION DEADLINE: Vendor questions will be received in writing only by the City of Livonia until MARCH 21, 2025. Phone calls will not be accepted. Firms shall submit questions via email to Gus Kandah, Purchasing Manager, at gkandah@livonia.gov. The City does not guarantee a response to questions received after the question deadline has passed.
