Summary of Specifications:
This Request for Bids is to replace the cooling tower at Civic Center Library. The replacement installation should be a "turn-key" operation from the removal and disposal of the existing equipment to the installation and commissioning of the new equipment. The City of Livonia shall retain salvage rights to the equipment or the parts thereof prior to any equipment disposal.
