NOTICE TO BIDDERS
CITY OF LIVONIA, MICHIGAN
BICENTENNIAL PARK OUTFIELD FENCING INSTALLATION
Sealed proposals for the Bicentennial Park Outfield Fencing Installation Project will be
received by the City of Livonia via the MITN website (www.mitn.info) until 2:00 P.M., Local
Time, on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at which time the RFB’s will be recorded by the
Purchasing Manager and the City Clerk. Due to building restrictions because of the pandemic,
bid opening results will be conducted via Zoom meeting and posted to the MITN website.
Bidders wishing to attend the bid opening via the zoom meeting shall use the following

Bids shall be in accordance with the requirements of this notice in order to be deemed
“responsive”. Late bids will not be considered. Instructions to bidders and specifications may be obtained by registering with the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN) at www.mitn.info.
All addendums will be posted on the MITN website. Any information not obtained from the MITN
website should not be relied upon. All bids must be submitted electronically in Adobe Acrobat format.
The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following:
Placement of 1,640 l.f. of 6’ high galvanized chain-link fencing; restoration and other
miscellaneous items of work.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond on the Michigan Standard Form, issued by an approved Surety Company.
