Late proposals will not be accepted.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Jack E Kirksey Recreation Center, at 15100 Hubbard Road, Livonia, MI 48154 10:00 A.M., on October 25, 2018. Proposals will not be accepted from those firms who do not attend.
