RFP-1705B-IS-263 - Phone System Consultant

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Livonia, Michigan is requesting proposals for a consultant to assist the City with development of a RFP to either upgrade or replace our current phone system. The City is in the process of transitioning our phone system from the Department of Public Works to the Information Systems Department. As part of this transition, the City wants to review our current configuration and modernize it. This proposal is intended to be a not to exceed price.
