Description

Sealed proposals for the WILSON BARN ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT will be received at the Livonia City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan 48154 until 2:00 P.M., local time, on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk-thru held at 10:00 A.M., local time, on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022, at the Wilson Barn, located at 9710 Middlebelt Road, Livonia, MI 48150. Prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order to be eligible. Pre-bid meeting minutes will be distributed as an addendum to the contract documents to all parties in attendance.

Bidders are to submit any questions through the bidding portal on the MITN Purchasing Group web site by 2:00pm on Friday, April 22nd, 2022.

The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following:
Replacement of an existing wood shingle roof at the historic Wilson Barn. Project is to include new underlayment, sheathing, roofing system and lightning protection. Additional scope includes window replacement at lower level and an alternate for additional window replacement.
