Summary of Specifications:
The City of Madison Heights is accepting proposals for electrical contractor services to upgrade existing emergency power and distribution for two locations:

1. Department of Public Services Garage/Office, 801 Ajax Drive 2. Fire Station #2, 26339 John R

The successful bidder will analyze the existing natural gas powered generators at both of the above listed locations after a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled on Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at 10:00 am in the Madison Room at City Hall, 300 West Thirteen Mile Road, Madison Heights, MI 48071.

The purpose of this meeting will be to tour both locations, and determine all necessary equipment and electrical work based on the unique individual power needs of each location. See attached specifications. Deadline for proposals December 6, 2005 at 11:00 am.
