The City of Madison Heights is interested in transferring/selling the Active Adult Center 5-acre parcel located at 29448 John R, Madison Heights MI. The City is seeking information for potential uses and development of the property. The City is also interested in relocating the Active Adult Center at the Civic Center Complex which includes the Library and City Hall, with renovations to the Library and City Hall in addition to construction of the Active Adult Center.
