The City of Madison Heights is accepting sealed proposals from qualified developers to purchase tax foreclosed properties from the City through concurrent closings, clean the structures/properties, bring them up to code, including all applicable permits and inspections, and sell the properties to owner occupied home owners only. In the case of commercial properties, the properties may be sold or lease by the chosen contractor. In the case of vacant properties, there shall be a commitment from the contractor to develop a conforming home or commercial structuure within specified timeframes.
