The proposed project consists of Drinking Water Services Investigation (potholing) of 354 water service lines throughout the City of Melvindale as part of their Distribution System Materials Inventory (DSMI) Program. The contractor will be responsible for material investigation via hydroexcavation potholing at 2 locations on the exterior of each property, as well as a verfication of the material on the inside of each property at the meter.

Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened.
