The project involves the removal of two existing ferric chloride bulk storage tanks and the installation of two new ferric chloride bulk chemical storage tanks at the City of Midland Water Treatment Plant, 2607 Bay City Road, Midland, Michigan 48642-6903 for the City of Midland –Owner.
