RFQ - 1948 - RFQ 1948 - West Currie Clubhouse Crawl Space

The Currie Golf Course West Clubhouse Crawl Space (located at 1300 Currie Pkwy, Midland, MI 48640) was inundated by flood water during the May 2020 flood in Midland Michigan. After the flooding subsided, the City of Midland had the flood damaged materials and remaining flood debris inside of the Currie Clubhouse removed and the building dehumidified until the wood framing dried to an acceptable level. The ground in the crawl space was covered in a wet layer of clay deposited on the ground, the screens on the four flood relief vents were totally plugged with mud and the two air vents on the south side of the building were mostly buried in dirt and not functioning. Action is required to dry the crawl space and improve long term ventilation.

The City is seeking quotes for fixed price or not to exceed cost reimbursement contract to completed recommended remediation responses will also need to include a detailed breakdown of cost.

Due to the urgency of remediation; the work will commence immediately upon award of the bid. Please provide anticipated start date with your quote/response.
