Summary of Specifications:
MAJOR QUANTITIES INCLUDE: Cold Milling Pavement 2740.2 SYD Furnish and Install MDOT 13A or 36A Bit. Pave. Leveling Course 260.8 TON Furnish and Install MDOT 36A Bit. Pave. Wearing Course 225.8 TON Furnish and Install Brick Column 6.0 EACH Furnish and Install Curb and Gutter 274.0 LFT 

The Proposal and Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, are on file and may be examined at the office of the City Engineer, 120 East First Street, Monroe, Michigan 48161. Copies thereof can be obtained from the Engineering Department of the City of Monroe by making a deposit of THIRTY DOLLARS ($ 30.00 ) for each set of plans and specifications. IF PLANS ARE TO BE MAILED, ADD TEN DOLLARS ($10.00). The full amount of the deposit will be refunded to each bidder for only the one set of documents upon which a bona fide proposal is submitted to the Owner. Prospective bidders MUST purchase plans and specifications from the City of Monroe or their bid is subject to rejection upon submission.
