Summary of Specifications:
The City of Monroe is seeking bids for the manufacturing of two (2) Hydraulic Miller Cylinders per the specifications. The cylinders will be operated hydraulically with water. The bidder shall provide a letter of reference from the product manufacturer confirming that they are an authorized representative for Miller Cylinders. The bid shall include all purchases, delivery, material, labor, equipment, construction equipment and transportation necessary to complete this project.
