Summary of Specifications:
The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide all services necessary to conduct initial testing, draft reports, abatement monitoring (for asbestos) and post abatement clearance testing of Lead Based Paint and Asbestos containing materials. These services must meet all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations. Qualified firms should have properly certified personnel including inspectors, assessors and supervisors, as well as, fully accredited laboratories.
