The City of Monroe is soliciting request for qualifications and proposals (RFQ/RFP) from professional planning consultants to develop a subarea plan within the Orchard East neighborhood of Monroe, MI.

Please see the attached document for details regarding submittal requirements. Submittals are due no later than 10:00 am EST on Monday, February 8, 2021 via electronic submission through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). the proposals will be publicly unlocked from the MITN web site at 11:00 am EST via Zoom virtual conference with consultant name only read aloud at that time. Those interested in attending the Zoom opening should email patricia.weaver@monroemi.gov no later than Friday, February 5, 2021 at 3:00 pm EST to obtain the meeting link. Submittals received after the stated deadline will not be considered.
