The City of Monroe is soliciting proposals for printing of letterhead, envelopes, business cards and related items. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Monroe at the Office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, 120 East 1st Street, Monroe, MI 48161 until, MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., Local Time, at which time the names of submitting proposers will be read.
All vendors interested in submitting a proposal to the City must attend a MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting on September 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the First Floor Conference Room of City Hall, 120 East 1st Street, Monroe, MI 48161.
The City of Monroe is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment and the means of work to provide citywide printing of letterhead, envelopes, business cards, memo pads, and related items. Contract will be for 1-year. The city reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two (2) additional 1-year periods.
City Council award of the agreement is expected to occur on October 2, 2017. The initial order is expected to be made on October 3, 2017. The initial order will need to be delivered by October 13, 2017.
