2024-012 - RFP Parks Utility Vehicle

The City of Monroe is soliciting proposals for the above unit to be used by the Department of Parks and Recreation.  This Request for Proposals may also be obtained from the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) / Bid Net Direct at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn.  Questions on this RFP must be submitted in writing via email by the close of business (4:30 P.M.) on Thursday, June 20, 2024.  Questions should be submitted to brad.willey@monroemi.gov, and no phone call responses to questions will be provided.  Responses to all questions will be posted to MITN by the close of business on Friday, June 21, 2024.  Interested vendors should submit their proposals and pricing to MITN no later than 10:00 A.M. on June 24, 2024.  A public acknowledgement of the proposals and pricing submitted will be made by City of Monroe Clerk-Treasurer Michelle J. LaVoy (Clerk) or her designee at 11:00 A.M. on the same day via Zoom teleconference.  Parties desiring to participate in this public acknowledgement should contact the Edward.sell@monroemi.gov no later than Thursday, June 20 to obtain the Zoom link. 

As specifications between individual products will vary somewhat, the City reserves the right to award to any vendor for any unit in its sole best interest.  Expected delivery time may also be considered as a part of the award.  Numerical specifications should be considered to be minimum values unless otherwise noted.  Any exceptions to the specifications listed shall be noted by the vendor in its submittal.
