Sealed proposals for the construction of:

RIVER RAISIN DAM REMEDIATION – PHASE TWO

will be received by the City Clerk-Treasurer in the City Hall at 120 East First Street, Monroe, Michigan 48161, until 10:00 A.M., LOCAL TIME, Monday the 1st day of July , 20 13. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the City Clerk at 10:00 A.M., LOCAL TIME, the same day, in the City Clerk-Treasurer's Office.

The project includes the construction of rock arch rapids at two low-head dams (Dams 4 and 5), a diversion channel at Waterloo Dam, and remediation of the existing mill race at Grape Dam.
