RFI-ES-2016-001 - Request for Qualifications-Communications Tower Lease

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Monroe currently has a communications tower lease in place where the City is the lessor. The current lessee is proposing amendments to the lease including revised financial terms. The City of Monroe is requesting qualifications from consultants to assist the City in reviewing proposals for the amendment to the City's current communications tower lease. Qualified consultants will be able to review proposals and advise the City regarding what is in the City's best interest based on experience in the industry and recommend counterproposals, if deemed appropriate. Please submit via email to Edward.sell@monroemi.gov a document explaining your qualifications that would help to provide the value the City needs from a consultant to be hired. Please limit the length of the document to ten (10) pages or less. Questions can also be emailed to the same address through March 4, 2016 at 12:00 p.m.
