ITB-RS-2016-029 - WEST RESERVOIR CRACK INJECTION REPAIR

Summary of Specifications:
A.The work under this contract includes the pressure injection of approximately 300 lineal feet of cracks (based on past related projects) in the interior roof slab, vertical walls and floor slab of an underground potable water storage reservoir with UL approved ANSI/NSF Standard 61 product. The dimensions of the reservoir are: 140'W x 240'L x 14'H. The operation of drilling test and gel injection holes and the injection of gel shall proceed as indicated in the construction methods and or in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. B.Injection of epoxy is for filling of voids and for the repair of all cracks. Holes shall be drilled for the injection of epoxy as necessary in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations to ensure the complete filling of all cracks with material.
