The City Clerk of Monroe, Michigan will receive electronic proposals until 10:00 a.m. (local time), on Monday, June 14, 2021, for 2021 Wastewater Chemical Bid - Cationic Polymer, through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) online bidding website. The bids will be publicly open and read aloud via a Zoom on line meeting at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 14, 2021. Anyone that would like to participate in the bid opening must send a request email to edward.sell@monroemi.gov to receive an email invitation to the opening.
Scope of Work: Provide a bid price for Cationic Polymer for a period of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 2021, with an option to renew for additional one year increments that will be considered by the City of Monroe in the third year of the base contract or with the conclusion of each additional one year increment.

The City of Monroe reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any proposal or to waive defects in proposals. A bid bond or certified check made payable to the City of Monroe in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid must be posted by each bidder with his / her bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening.
