Summary of Specifications:
The scope of this project is to replace the existing GE Intelligent Platform’s (GEIP) Proficy iFix SCADA systems with GEIP Proficy iFix Rev 5.8 SCADA, Historian Rev 6.0 SP1, and Webspace Rev 4.8 platforms for visualization, alarming, data retention, and reporting purposes. The basic functionality of the system is to follow the practices and functionality of the existing platforms. In addition to the software upgrade, all SCADA Server and Client hardware will be replaced with new equipment. The servers will operate in a virtualized configuration making use of VMWare’s VSphere product. Please see attached documents for additional information and instructions
