Additional Bidding Instructions

The City of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan is requesting sealed bids at the Office of the City Clerk,
City Hall, 320 W. Broadway Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan 48858, until 1:30 p.m. (local time) on
November 10, 2020, at which time and place the bids will be opened and read.

Due to closures and adjustments related to the COVID-19 virus, bid submissions are
now required to be submitted electronically to a secure email at bids@mt-pleasant.org.
Please make sure the subject line of your email clearly states the project you are bidding
(“2021 Water and Wastewater Chemicals Bid”). Bids must be submitted by 1:30 p.m. on
November 10, 2020.
