SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall repair and/or tuckpoint all block/brick masonry as necessary,
remove/replace damaged or spalling brick (roughly 50), remove caulking between dissimilar
materials and window units (4,200 lineal feet) and replace with approved sealant, repair metal
caps/flashings as needed and seal the entire masonry wall areas with two coats of masonry sealer.

The City of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, is requesting bids at the Office of the City Clerk, until 1:30 p.m. (local time), on April 19, 2022 at which time and place the bids will be opened and read.
All questions for this bid should be submitted via email to bkench@mt-pleasant.org no later than April 12,
2022, prior to 1:30 p.m. Responses to all questions will be posted on the City’s website on the Bids and Quotes page.
All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, bank cashier's check, bank draft, or certified check for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid price, made payable to the City of Mt. Pleasant.
