Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Eleven Mile Road Pathways Project. The project consists of HMA pathway and concrete sidewalk construction from Town Center Drive to Meadowbrook Road. Bidding documents will be available beginning at noon on Monday, June 22, 2015, at URS Corporation, 27777 Franklin Road, Southfield, MI 48034 upon payment of $25 non-refundable deposit. An additional, non-refundable charge of $15 will be required for mailing bidding documents.
