ITB-042518 13 Mile - 13 Mile Road Reconstruction

The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 13 Mile Road Reconstruction project.  This project consists of reconstruction of 0.6 miles of 13 Mile Road, including milling and HMA overlay, HMA surface removal and replacement, and new HMA construction in lane extension areas.  It also includes concrete curb, gutter, and concrete ADA ramp improvements.  Bidding documents are available on the MITN website at www.mitn.info or may be obtained beginning on March 28, 2018 from Spalding DeDecker, 905 South Boulevard East, Rochester Hills, MI  48360 upon payment of $70.00 non-refundable deposit.  All questions should be directed to Taylor Reynolds, PE, at (248) 844-5400.  Please see advertisement on the MITN website for approximate quantities of work and other locations where bidding documents may be examined.
