Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the 2011 Neighborhood Road Program - Asphalt. This project consists of asphalt pavement cold-milling and overlay, sections of full HMA reconstruction, ADA ramp upgrades, and drainage structure rehabilitation. Bidding documents may be obtained at Spalding Dedecker (Rochester Hills) beginning at 1:00 p.m. on June 15, 2011 for a $50 non-refundable deposit.
