Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for approximately 13,600 syd HMA road rehabilitation. Project will consist of either HMA pavement mill & overlay, overlay with fabric interlayer, or placement of fiber-reinforced membrane and two course micro-surface. Alternate bids for these options are being solicited. Bidding documents may be obtained beginning at 1:00 p.m. on July 11, 2012 at the Rochester Hills office of Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc. upon payment of $20 non-refundable deposit. An additional, non-refundable charge of $10 will be required for mailing Bidding Documents. Please see advertisement on MITN for locations where documents may be viewed.
