Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2014 Neighborhood Road Program - Concrete. The project includes concrete road rehabilitation consisting of transverse joint, longitudinal joint, slab concrete repairs, and ADA sidewalk ramp improvements.
