Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2014 Neighborhood Roads Program - Asphalt. The project includes asphalt reconstruction of existing concrete & asphalt roads and mill and overlay of existing asphalt roads, with local repairs and ADA ramp improvements. Bidding documents will be available beginning at 1:00 p.m. on May 14, 2014 at Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc., 905 South Blvd East, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 upon payment of $75 non-refundable deposit.
