Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2015 Chip Seal Program. The project consists of chip seal and rehabilitation of various local roadways within the City. Bidding documents may be obtained beginning on April 20, 2015 at 12:00 P.M. at the office of URS Corporation, 27777 Franklin Rd, Southfield, MI 48034 upon payment of $25 non-refundable deposit. An additional, non-refundable charge of $15 will be required for mailing Bidding Documents.
