Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2015 Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation project. Project consists of rehabilitating 133 manholes throughout existing subdivisions, including structures in existing sidewalks, driveways, and pavement. Bidding documents may be obtained beginning December 15, 2014 at Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc., 905 South Blvd East, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 upon payment of $40 non-refundable deposit.
