Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the West Road Rehabilitation project. Project consists of asphalt milling and overlay, concrete road rehabilitation, and ADA sidewalk ramp improvements. Bidding documents may be obtained beginning on February 4, 2015 at Spalding DeDecker, 905 South Boulevard East, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 upon payment of $45 non-refundable deposit.
