Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Whipple Street Culvert Replacement. This project consists of excavating and removing existing jack arch structure, installing new 6' x 3' concrete box culvert, backfilling, and repaving. Bidding documents may be obtained beginning on June 18, 2015 from OHM Advisors, 34000 Plymouth Road, Livonia, MI 48150 upon payment of $40 non-refundable deposit.
