Summary of Specifications:
The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified firms for the White Pines Drive Rehabilitation project. The project consists of removing and replacing concrete road, pavement panel replacement, new curb islands, ADA ramp improvements, and storm sewer structure rehabilitation. Bidding documents may be obtained beginning on April 29, 2015 from Spalding DeDecker, 905 South Boulevard East, Rochester Hills, MI 48360 upon payment of $80.00 non-refundable deposit.
