Piggyback Contract

Description

The Contract will involve cleaning services for the following City facilities:
• City Hall
• Community Center
• Library
• 45th District Court
• Event Hub
• 13650 Oak Park Blvd.
• Public Safety
• Shepherd Park restrooms
• DPW Service Center
• Workout Facility

This contract shall remain in effect for approx. one year (1) year. The contract shall
have a commencement date of approximately March 17, 2025 and a completion date
of December 31, 2025. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract for any
reason at all with a 30-day written notice. This contract will allow two – one (1) year
extensions.

• Original Contract: Approximately, March 17, 2025 – December 31, 2025
• Year Two extension: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
• Year Three extension: January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2027

Sealed proposals for the 2025 CITYWIDE JANITORIAL SERVICES CONTRACT, will be
received by the Oak Park City Clerk at the City Hall, 14000 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park, MI
48237, until 2:00 PM, local time, Thursday, February 20, 2025, at which time and place they
will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Address all bids to the CITY CLERK, in a sealed envelope which clearly states:
