Summary of Specifications:
The City of Owosso is accepting bids for 4" and 6" concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, including lawn restoration, sawcutting and curb removal and replacement (per proposal specifications) in the 2015 Sidewalk Program. Contract documents and plans may be obtained at the office of the Bid Coordinator, 301 W. Main Street, Owosso, MI 48867 or on the MITN website. The City of Owosso reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities in any proposal in the interest of the city.
