The City of Owosso is accepting bids for Refuse Service at various locations, for a three year period(per proposal specifications) in the 2016-2019 REFUSE SERVICE BID. Contract documents may be obtained at the office of the Bid Coordinator, 301 W. Main Street, Owosso, MI 48867 in accordance with the city’s FOIA Policy or on the MITN website. The City of Owosso reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities in any proposal in the interest of the city.
