Summary of Specifications:
The City of Owosso is accepting bids for a heating system for the Waste Water Treatment Plant. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory if you attended the initial pre-bid meeting. Contract documents and plans may be obtained at the office of the Bid Coordinator, 301 W. Main Street, Owosso, MI 48867 in accordance with the city’s FOIA Policy or on the MITN website. The City of Owosso reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities in any proposal in the interest of the city.
