Summary of Specifications:
The City of Owosso is accepting propsals for an administrator of the MSHDA Rental Rehabilitation Grant. The grant will assist property owners in creating and or/improving residential rental units. Contract documents and plans may be obtained at the office of the Bid Coordinator, 301 W. Main Street, Owosso, MI 48867 or on the MITN website. The City of Owosso reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities in any proposal in the interest of the city.
